Packing Food in Seattle with District 5030 Rotarians

June 14, 2014 - Nancy and Harry Short joined 60 Seattle area Rotarians to pack frozen baby corn and peas into family meal size bags at Rotary District 5030's First Harvest project in Seattle.  Many think that the need for food assistance was greatest during the "Great Recession".  Actually the need is greater in. 2014 because of reductions in the food stamp program. It will become even greater as schools are out for the summer and their meal programs shut down until the Fall.  Harry and Nancy are Pictured with some of the Seattle Rotarians
